Privacy policy
What we collect
Account email, and the listing details you submit: display name, headline, profile URL, category and optional bio. Payment details are handled by our payment provider; we store only the payment identifier, amount, status and timestamps.
Analytics
We use cookieless, privacy-conscious analytics for aggregate traffic, and we count outbound clicks on listings. Click counting uses a short-lived anonymous session identifier for rate-limiting only and is not used to build a personal profile.
What is public
Everything on your listing is public by design: display name, headline, category, profile link, verified bid total, rank and click count. Your email and billing details are never public.
Why we process it
To operate the leaderboard, verify payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet accounting obligations.
Sharing
We share data with our payment provider to process payments and with our hosting and database infrastructure. We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising networks.
Retention
Listing and payment records are retained while your listing exists and afterwards as long as tax and dispute obligations require. Anonymous click events are retained in aggregate.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data by emailing us. Deleting a listing removes it from public view; verified payment records are retained for accounting.
Security
Row-level database access rules, server-side-only ranking changes, signed payment webhooks and de-duplicated event handling.
Children
WakeUpAI is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be announced on the site before they take effect.
