Terms of service
1. Agreement
By using WakeUpAI you agree to these terms and to the published ranking rules, which form part of this agreement.
2. What you are buying
A bid buys a public advertising position on the leaderboard, ordered by verified bid amount. It is not an endorsement, certification, employment service or guarantee of any outcome.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts. You must list yourself or an entity you are authorised to represent.
4. Your content
You own what you submit and grant WakeUpAI a licence to display it publicly on the site and in social previews. You are responsible for its accuracy and legality.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by our payment provider. A bid takes effect only after a signed verification confirms the payment. Prices are in US dollars.
6. Refunds
Because visibility begins immediately on verification, bids are generally non-refundable. Where a refund is issued, the corresponding amount is deducted from your listing total, removed from public revenue, and rankings recalculate.
7. Rank changes
Rank is competitive and can change at any time when others bid. WakeUpAI does not guarantee any position, duration at a position, traffic volume or click-through.
8. Prohibited use
No impersonation, illegal content, hate, harassment, adult content, malware, scams, misleading credentials, scraping, or attempts to manipulate ranking outside the published bidding mechanism.
9. Moderation and suspension
We may suspend or remove listings that break these terms or the rules, without refund. We may also suspend listings involved in an unresolved payment dispute.
10. Availability
The service is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WakeUpAI's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the ninety days before the claim.
